Pros

Pay was competitive, can’t say much else

Cons

The CEO, COO, Head of HR and other heads of functions in Ireland couldn’t care less about their employees. >~20% of the bank either quit, went on stress/long term sick leave or were unfairly dismissed within the space of a year. Everyone worked crazy hours, were miserable and hadn’t a good thing to say about the place. Also completely flat, no room for growth or internal movement, despite being very hierarchical.
