Pros

- Employer pays for certifications and encourages employees to take them - Pay is okay - Everyone tries their best to be as professional as possible - The experience from this company is valuable

Cons

- Working in shifts - Sometimes, some teams are understaffed and remaining members will have to compensate. New hires will take around 6 months to start delivering. - Due to the shift schedule, it is hard to plan vacations since there is only 1 person replacing the ones in holidays - Too much slack is given to under-performers, other team members will have to compensate for that - Hard to get promoted, there are limited promotion slots
