Strong compensation, innovative culture, engaging leadership, lots of opportunity to grow and influence practices. Excellent work-life balance with fully-remote options and ongoing effort to enhance diversity and inclusion at all levels across the org.

Cons

Very few - some technical issues with accessing technical or HR services from parent company. Massive onboarding experience with some need for cleaner access and organization of new hire resources.

- Paid certification exams - Numerous security trainings, open the calendar on teams and you can see several each week - work-life balance but this will not apply to all employees, depends on assigned projects

Cons

-In 2 years my manager was changed 3 times, none of them could build a trust relationship with the employees - the shift hours can have a toll on your health after some time - limited advancement options after some time
