      Strong work-from-home culture and work/life balance.

      Cons

      Management often more reactionary than proactionary. More and more offshoring, often involving bottom-of-the-barrel developers. Management sees little distinction between over- and under-performers.

      Pros

      Some of the BEST talent out there, hardworking, seasoned folks who are willing to help internally and externally. They are talented enough to keep small to large customers happy. Hands down the employees are the best in the business.

      Cons

      Going the way of Yahoo, circa 2013, bringing everyone back in house. If you are remote, you will no longer be eligible for promotions. Move to ATL at your cost and that can change. Qualified talent are overlooked for those who dine with managers, which leads to a poor management tree. They've also stopped listening to what customers want, so they are losing them and not gaining any new ones.
