Great levels of Autonomy , remote working , no micro management and plenty of travel.

Cons

Goals not always set in a timely fashion. Pay isn’t in line with competitors and we lose talent because of that.

Secureworks encompasses a fast paced and ever changing environment that organically fosters a strong team mentality. Secureworks is a family, and culture is very important to everyone. The culture encourages excellence, individually and for the company overall, and the team camaraderie is infectious and uplifting. You want to do well for yourself and others, especially customers, because you know it matters. The industry Secureworks is in - Internet Security - is always exciting and continues to evolve and innovate in fascinating ways.

Cons

Due to the fast-paced nature of Secureworks' business, there naturally is a lot of change and often. Sometimes it is difficult to truly understand the strategy of where things are going and what that means for employees.
