Pros

Dell benefits are the only thing good about this company

Cons

One of THE WORSE executive leadership teams I've ever been associated with. Terrible business decisions. Don't care about their employees. The CEO has no idea what she's doing. Thinks she's the smartest person in the room and doesn't listen to the actual experts. The ELT is incompetent and Dell is finally breaking off form SCWX. Beginning of the end for this once great company. This company makes one bad decision after another and is on it's way to bankruptcy.

Pros

Great people with tons of talent.

Cons

The company has changed direction and is struggling to keep up in a saturated market. Lack of transparency. Just ahead of a significant reduction in workforce, the company made the decision to change their severance package from 2 months of base pay plus 1 week per year of service to 2 weeks plus 1 week per year of service. This was very disingenuous for employees working through the end of life on their legacy platform and was not communicated until people were informed of the layoffs.

Pros

Ample PTO if you choose to use it all. Exciting industry. Talent in many pockets. Expanding globally. WFH / Remote work possible for a lot of teams. Cyber network effect works Benefits finally got up to median average, especially healthcare

Cons

In a market segment that experiences high organic growth, this company seems to have a challenge to exceed the avg growth metrics despite being a consensus leader in the space. It is really hard not to hit your targets in this market vertical, you should be tripping over revenue and have to turn down leads that aren’t big enough. Very little diversity and leadership doesn’t seem to acknowledge and almost tone deaf on topic. Most of the upper ranks have got there through seniority as opposed to leadership qualities and potential. Most execs have never been a part of a bigger company so they don’t seem to understand how to run a company this size and how to scale for additional growth. Mind boggling decisions at times by leadership. Everything is a good idea and very little is ever stopped or reprioritized to allow for the really good ideas to be implemented the right way. Back office corporate functions are run with minimal resources to keep light on. Company external communications and marketing are not very polished. Confusing product / SKU offering, just look at the website. Core systems to support MSS are primarily legacy from prior acquisitions and on life support. Really needs acceleration from next gen platforms. Any dependency on Dell (prior acquirer) is super painful.
