Pros

Great platform to work on, Fred Luddy had it right back in 2004 obviously! It's flexible, rewarding and fun to work in the ServiceNow environment. Also, the ServiceNow instance and the community around ServiceNow are great!

Cons

Managers; - too many brought in from old company structures - condescending attitude towards employees - doesn't recognize talent and effort

Fast paced innovation that makes a difference to our customers. My teammates are awesome. They are dedicated, knowledgeable and care about our customers.

Cons

Too many projects and not enough time. We can’t find enough talented people quickly enough to keep up with the growth
