Pros

Great culture, fun environment to work and great benefits. The kind of place you answer with excitement when a friend asks what it is like to work here.

Cons

Lot's of change. Work life balance and cross team relationships need improvement. Not great at drinking own champagne. Very few tenured staff.

ServiceNow is a company that grows exponentially and as such give lots of opportunity. The culture is great as they allow to move from one group to the other. Thi allows to learn more and more about the company and the products.

Cons

Lot of opportunity corresponds to lot of competition too...
