An odd place for sure...

Pros

In short, customers love the company. The technology is over a decade old, but it addresses a pain point they have. Stock is doing well.

Cons

I can't speak to the new leadership, but the old one was reminiscent of Apple. Controlling and dictatorial. People constantly worried about their job. People disappearing without warning. Not a great place to be if you are looking for peace of mind.

Great company to work for. Pretty relaxed work culture here in San Diego. Team works hard and plays even harder.
