Pros

Employee centric, work life balance, visionary CEO, strong leadership, great products, amazing people, diversity, sense of belonging, feeling like there’s actual care for me as an employee. Great environment, lots of flexibility, such a wonderful place.

Cons

Massive growth, this is also a pro, but sometimes you feel like in a very large org.

Pros

Great job making sure employees are safe from covid. Its really nice to hear the ceo tell employees its okay to take a day off even if you're just staying at home doing nothing.
