Great company for the resume but very bad company to work for

Pros

Great place if you like a fast paced growth company. Good transition company in your career if you want a start sort of experience

Cons

Leadership is horrible. Leaders are not competent to run the business. They are not very to employees or partners. Too much arrogance at the top level.

Great vision and excellent technology that's been long overdue to meet customer expectations

Cons

Management culture doesn't foster a team environment, focusing more on self-advancement. They also practice cronyism in spite of potential hires that are best for the company

Cons

Beer bash could be better Inter-Org transitions are encouraged but too slow Senior leadership team should be more in sync with employees More automated workflows are needed Crisp layout of requirements is needed to follow for promotions
