Pros

2nd largest SaaS company in the world, faster pace than Salesforce.com at the comparable growth period. Vision to impact the way the whole enterprise works. Great people, performance-based culture.

Cons

Hyper-growth can be stressful and is not for anyone looking for a 9-5 job. Go work at Oracle or the like if you want a cruise ship. This is a different kind of ship - a rocket ship.

Still growing up

Friendly environment, startup feel, snacks, on site gym, beer/wine biweekly, ability to impact a company that is still growing and growing rapidly

Cons

Tiny workspaces feature no privacy, some managers fail to perform quarterly reviews, teams may be spread out geographically leading to some implementation difficulties, some processes are still very much "start up" and not "3000 person corporation" strong.
