Pros

Only good thing is RSU and facilities. Share prices has increased drastically over last couple of years.

Cons

1. India development center is support center of USA. 2. Technically incompetent managers from the USA are running this company. Do not join Virtual Agent team in India, people running the team has zero technical knowledge. 3. Bootlicking is the only way to get promotion. 4. Architecture is very old, noone uses outside company. 5. There is no clarity about career development plan and levels. You can find 4 years experienced lateral hire having higher level than 8 years experienced existing employee. 6. If you work there for more than 2 years you become unemployable.

Very poorly run. All the long term employees think they are gods and know everything about technology even though they are trying to build things that have existed for a decade. Old tech, old mentality.
