Cons

"graduation staff" program is not fit for every fresh graduates. only offers little position to choose from. administration process is a little slow -- maybe due to its huge body.

A good work life balance. Adequate support system and training for each job or task entrusted to. Good environment to work in.

Cons

Communication between higher management and lower management not extensively practiced. Too many acronyms for projects policies or regulations used by employees that make new employees seem rather alien.
