      Working with people of decent calibre. Rapid pay progression in the first few years when entering under the graduate scheme. Very interesting recruitment methodology.

      Cons

      Consensus-driven. Radical ideas or changes take time given the size of the organization. Career progression could reach bottleneck after 5 years.
