      Professional colleagues, people who want to improve the energy system and actually work on it rather than discuss about it on social media. It is pretty awesome to work at Shell.

      Job security for people in NW Europe with more focus on other regions.

      Slow career progression. Development Plan for your career is quite Vague Little to no budget for external trainings. Going above and beyond doesn't even put you on consideration for next career level
