      Pros

      Shell provides good salary and benefit package including employee discount stock purchase plan. They have a friendly international environment . I was impressed by internal mobility allowing to move around and get experience in different roles across enterprise.

      Cons

      Shell is currently outsourcing IT jobs and a lot of project work to a new IT hub built in India per the latest company strategy to cut costs.
