Pros

They have lots of respect for people and all of their differences. Very LGBT friendly. Lots of attention given to HSSE. Generally good salaries and pensions and good working environment and generally very good people who have a good work ethic and want to do a good job.

Cons

Bit too much focus on cost cutting and short term gains. Reorganisations every 5 minutes. Too much focus on graduates and less respect for those who have been around longer with experience
