      Decent pay for work life balance

      Cons

      Work life balance getting worse after each reorg and other competitors have exceeded our pay rates. Incompetent leadership that doesn’t understand how our business is delivered. Too many idea people and not enough people focused on problem solving. Were great at finding problems that don’t exist, and then solving them ourselves.
