      Pros

      Many learning opportunities. Not the best benefits but good enough.

      Cons

      Despite the learning opportunities, career progression may be limited. Overall salary package is not so good and salary increment has been minimal. Seems like they rather loose their talents than retaining them with attractive salary package.
