Pros

Good amount of time off, good pay, good group of people you work with. Lots of training and travel. Decent severance.

Cons

No matter how hard you work or amount of money you save for the company, you are only a number and if you do not kiss up to upper management your achievements go unnoticed. They hire someone new, get you to train them and then lay you off. The IT support is the worst I have ever seen, it can take months to get issues fixed. HR support is also the worst I have ever seen, generally, you can never find someone to speak with, when you do they are in another country and there is a huge language barrier. You never get a quick straight answer it is always months of run around. They continue to give staff a large bonus this year even though they are laying off thousands...why not keep the bonus and let some people keep their jobs. Stop hiring brand new people and keep the people that you hired in the last few years and spent huge amounts of money training.

Pros

Decent benefits, good pay, every other Friday off. If you are lazy, you can pretty much do nothing and still get paid and you won't ever get fired.

Cons

Management takes forever to make a decision. You're just a number, they don't care about people. Poor leadership from the top down. Managers manage up and only care about making themselves look good. No security or stability because the company wants you to move every four years.
