Pros
- Excellent TRAINING and Development - Excellent knowledge sharing across departments and SBUs national/cluster/global -Exposure to the root of the business developing a true entrepreneurial and globalized spirit
Cons
- Too matrix and hierarchical processes that allow a superior-subordinate relationship flourish or wilt. - Too bureaucratic sometimes that make the whole implementation more like a reporting freaky job rather than a sound business information that managers can act upon
