Most of my colleagues were lovely. The work can be interesting. The company is pretty flexible about working from home.

Cons

Bad behaviour mostly goes unpunished. The work hours are very long considering you don't work at a fund. It's hard to learn the inner workings of trading because everyone is so secretive and competitive.
