      They will give you money.

      Cons

      They will take your personal time as well if its a deadline based project They will hire you for something and they will put in a completely different domain and will expect work like 10 years experienced one

      Amazing work culture. You never work for your BOSS. You work for the company culture. Employee friendly and Company care alot about employee safety and security . Good company to settle and enhance your skills.

      Cons

      Not really. May be they have to imrpove in bringinging new technologies which they already started by providing trainings to their employees.
