Good level of pay, medical insurance and all necessary benefits e.g. Multisport card, life insurance, PPK.

Cons

High workload, toxic energy around optimization and weak Senior management soft skills, one way to deal with challenges is to RESTRUCTURE. No learning time scheduled, no clarity about future professional opportunity, just self learning "opportunity", which is hard to manage if you work all the time in force major mode. AI help us all...Thanks, but no thanks!
