Pros

A very exciting company to work for. The amazing executive and leadership team that is passionate about making this company a success. You're given the autonomy to succeed, but the culture is definitely work hard. You're surrounded by coworkers that challenge you. The office is an open air environment, including a kitchen stocked with snacks, a kegerator, a ping pong table, and free lunch catered in every Thursday.

Cons

The elevators in the building are very slow. It can be hard to get a conference room, but that should improve when we add an additional floor early next year.
