Any pros for ShopRunner won't be valid in 6 months as FedEx continues to infiltrate.

Cons

The acquisition by FedEx has been a disaster. We were told everything would stay the same for a year or so, but that was a lie. First, Sam Yagan is no longer the CEO - he was fired out of nowhere and the new CEO would not let him say goodbye. Second, the entire leadership team is different than what is listed on their website. There are no women on the leadership team. With the exception of one person, the rest are white males -- there has been little explanation why these men are in the positions they are in. Third, any benefits provided by ShopRunner will be gone by 2023 (according to FedEx). Fourth, there is no clear vision or reason why FedEx acquired ShopRunner. Everyone has a different story. Inconsistent messaging on everything.
