Pros

Startup feeling is still there and benefits are above average

Cons

CFO looks for savings absolutely everywhere, and product roadmap lacks long term vision, with focus on getting new features out and not solving long-standing issues.

Pros

ShopRunner CEO has proven he has his employees and retailers' back; this has never been more evident than during covid where we have increased our company meetings to bi-weekly to make sure everyone is up to date on the state of our business, our retailers' health or demise and any safety updates. They have given us additional time off to de-stress and improve our work/life balance and have structured 'group' activities to boost morale and remain engaged with one another. We are big fans of Zoom. The CEO is also passionate about helping retailers and we have developed several enterprise products (marketplace and Same Day) largely based on retailers' needs to move quicker compete and grow faster in this landscape. Given covid has driven more retailers to rely/invest more heavily in the online channel, ShopRunner is perfectly positioned to explode in growth once the retailers emerge from covid restrictions. We are getting many retailers who are trying to accelerate their path to launch with ShopRunner to go live by Q4 to recoup lost sales due to covid. ShopRunner is working with retailers to make this financially feasible.

Cons

Our business relies on retailers' omni channel health; even though we primarily work with retailers to drive online growth, their Brick & Mortar health still greatly affects their business overall which in turn affects their priorities and road map.
