Fast pace working environment makes you able to learn a lot from day to day task Good place for fresh grads to gain experiences in MNC A rather chill working environment, as most of the boss will keep an eye close on small breaks as long as productivity is on par

Cons

Management usually prefer to hire someone new rather than internal promotion Compensation package is average while you might want to consider job hoop to increase your basics after 2 years Some of the department manager are a bit micro and doesn’t did much rather than just talk
