      Pay is good but not worth the toxic culture and stress

      Overall pay is above average than any other company

      Cons

      culture is very much an issue as everyone is just out to help themselves and I personally do not feel a sense of camaraderie among the team. Manager did help guide me at all considering I am a new employee and have never been in the business and when I would deliver my work, they would critic harshly and sarcastically which is demotivating and makes me feel small

      The people here are very friendly, collaborative, and engaging. They encourage each other and help each other achieve goals and the tasks at hand

      Cons

      4x work from office which is hard nowadays especially traffic has been ramping up in Manila. Benefits package has reduced since the retrenchment

      Good place for fresh grads to learn and grow Contrary to 995 belief, there is lots of opportunities and its dependent on whether you want to hustle

      I guess progression is one reason why people leave after 1 - 2 years
