      A company not ready for scale

      Pros

      Energetic environment, mostly fresh grads

      Cons

      Infrastructure and expertise lacking. Some would call it fluid but it's really just a mess. Hours are really long due to low quality of internal process. Turnover is ridiculously high and it's justifiable.
