      Pros

      Young, vibrant environment. You can learn a lot from your supervisor and your team. Lots of useful workshops for employee. Free snacks.

      Cons

      Despite many reviews about long working hours at Shopee & Garena, I still gave it a try to interview and work here. Since it's a start-up, scope of work is not clear, I often had to make extra effort to work, the work load is also overwhelming. That's why a lot of people have to work till late. Thus, there is no time for social life, work-life is not balance, especially not for who have kids.

As for career progression, it is something that we admit not giving enough attention.
