- competitive base - seniors and colleagues are fantastic to learn from - scale of data and servers is amazing for learning

Cons

- for avg (meeting expectations) performance, increment is low to none, bonus 1 month. not the 2 months that recruiters tend to advertise - elitist culture - fast-paced - OT no financial comp, and not always well-compensated for time
