night shift can be very tiring

If you look at all 1 star review here, please believe it. There are so many red flags in this company and if you care about stability, don't go here. 1 star for them because no 0 option. - "Benefit" only RM100 allowance - Inconsistency in communication and direction but they said you need to "adapt" according to the value. Please learn about their values too before you join then you will understand the red flag. - Like to push people out through PIP because you don't "fit" the culture. - Controlling management. They like to be in control and expect people to be a yes man. - Very high turnover, that's why they keep hiring and no efforts to retain staff so you're indispensable. - Need to report your work update to higher up biweekly lol. - WFO and surprisingly they care more about your presence in office even though there were times (like Christmas break) nothing to do. - Office politics, people (doesnt matter age) love to gossip and things spread through gossip. - Frequent restructuring. Your boss, colleague all change as they need to transfer department. - 996 culture.
