      Pros

      Can see that management is very focused on growth. Recently started being profitable. So I guess the company isn't going to sink anytime soon.

      Cons

      Well I'm not management so I might not know the best strategy for the company. But I'm an engineer so I know there's a lot of tech debt, ugly code, and wonky legacy infra due to the focus on growth.
