It´s a big company with a huge portfolio and opportunities to grow in. A lot to learn and very interesting people coming from all around the world

Cons

As a person with no engineering background, it is difficult to connect with the main issues and propose recommendations. One of the cons of a big company is that you are focused on only one part of the process and can easily lose focus on the helicopter view
