      Large compney, work life is very good. If you dont have career aspiration then perfect place to work

      Recently Siemens has acquired the company so it's policies may have some positive impact.

      Cons

      Poor local management, the management is highly biased towards their men. The local management unnecessarily politicized any matter for their own personal interest.Technical/Project manager are not open to adopt/listen innovative ideas.People are not good, poor culture, most of the manager do not know product information.Managers are not interested in team building activities and information sharing.

      Pros

      This is a big company and I have not seen any layoffs since 7 years. It is possible to move from one department to other. Diversity is really good.

      Cons

      No growth in the career. Lot of old people and young people also become old people soon after they take the position in the company. Lot of politics and routine work.
