      Siemens is a great company that has good benefits and opportunities.

      Pros

      Siemens has great vacation and benefits packages from day one. Although its a very large company they try very hard to keep everyone up to date on what is going on. They are great to work for if you have a family and will give you tuition reimbursement if you decide to go back to school.

      Cons

      Without a degree there are very few jobs. Its nearly impossible to get hired unless you know someone or go through a temp agency.

      Great leaders, huge pool of knowledge and intellect. Top-Down knowledge transfers could be better. Great variety of functions, jobs and businesses.

      Cons

      As mentioned - Top-Down knowledge transfers could be better. Not so many 'Young people' in company. Career advancement not as easy as elsewhere.

      a relax enviroment with good colleges it's not so tired and with good culture everything is in schedule with a good flow

      Cons

      too restriction too bureacratic the people there is too young and no senior guy for most of the case the education level for part of the employee is not so good
