Pros

Lots of good, talented people. Competitive salaries and benefits

Cons

Bottom line is the top priority. Management at the branch level has no clue what it takes to get the job done. So much bureaucracy and office politics, it's like working for the government. Corporate preaches ethics and integrity but then don't follow their own standards. Germany instituted SAP even though it did not match what we needed for our industry, causing a tremendous increase in work load and loss of productivity. Not a pleasant place to work. People are overworked and stressed out.

Pros

It's a big company with a high level of name recognition. It's exciting to work with this kind of technology and to hear about how it benefits the world.

Cons

Working at such a massive company, you are prone to run into many of the same kinds of attitudes and bureaucracy that you might expect working in a government job.
