Benefits are good. That is about the only good thing.

Cons

EVERYTHING. Horrible Sr. leadership, payroll team is not helpful at all, you are just a number to upper management, no work life balance. Take my advice and stay away.

There are no pros to working for this company

Cons

The company is only concerned with the bottom line. Sales team can do no wrong, they over look wrong doings for them but not for others. Very male dominated company, males can be intimidating. Management overlooks A LOT.
