Pros

Flexible FTO, regular company-wide meetings with transparency around goals and metrics, ERGs you can join and lead, annual performance reviews and bonus opportunities, local city meet-ups. Leadership want you to come to work 100%, so if you need a mental health day or time away to focus on your health, family, etc... this is supported, understood and you can step away without feeling like you're missing work and/or being looked at differently. - Health, vision, dental, pet insurance and financial advisory assistance - remote work and autonomy over your schedule, projects and workload

Cons

- wish there were more opportunities for spot bonuses and local meet-ups more regularly - colleagues are across the US, MX, the DR and some other european countries, so finding time to meet for internal meetings can be difficult -

Pros

For career growth, the company's expansion means new opportunities are constantly emerging across groups. If you're someone who wants to grow with a company, the timing is great. SimplePractice is leaning heavily into AI. Rather than leaving employees to figure it out on their own, they are providing extensive education and training.

Cons

A growing company means some processes are still maturing.

Pros

The people truly care about the work and about each other. There’s a genuine effort to create a culture where different perspectives are welcomed and where employees feel supported. Leadership communicates openly and there are opportunities to contribute ideas and initiatives that make a real impact. I’ve also appreciated the flexibility and the focus on growth and learning.

Cons

Like many growing companies, priorities can shift and teams sometimes have to move quickly to keep up. It can be fast paced at times.
