This is hands down the best job I've ever had.
Pros
The company is growing rapidly, Leadership responded quickly and responsibly to Covid-19 precautions. The work is impactful. Customers are doing meaningful work in the community, contributing to that work feels great. They are committed to internal career development and promoting from within. Company culture is very open, honest, and constructive. The team is welcoming, friendly, and approachable. On top of all of this, this is the best pay and the best benefit package I have ever had. I've never had to ask for or negotiate for a raise here, every increase in compensation has been above market value for my role and offered willingly as my career progressed.
Cons
The company is growing and FAST, this means that there is a lot of work to be done and it can be stressful... but honestly, it's a good problem to have.
