      colleagues are great to work with projects are good

      Cons

      HR doesn't care. Will completely ignore you. feels like they don't care about their employees culture has been lost since the Infosys acquisition

      Pros

      I enjoyed working remote. Most of my team members were smart and great to work with. Simplus supported my career growth and transition to a different role

      Cons

      Lots of changes over the last few years as Simplus went from a start-up to being bought by a large company. Lots of employees and leadership left which creates a challenge for those trying to keep the ball moving. I wasn't challenged a lot towards the end
