Pros

You will find lifelong friends at Sintec. That´s how great their people are. You´ll grow fast and take very challenging projects and responsibilities very soon in your career, which will make you a great professional. Sintec´s values are lived within the firm. It´s been awarded the Great Place to Work award several years in a row, and it totally deserved it. Sintec´s clients are Latin America´s top companies, which will make you understand different industries and areas thoroughly, particularly because most of Sintec´s projects end up in implementations.

Cons

If you don´t love consulting, Sintec is not for you. Work hours are long, but that´s because the work is challenging and you´ll learn 10x faster than in other places. Also, upper management doesn´t fire poor-performing (even very poor-performing) individuals when they should and this forces everyone else to subsidize work and cover up mistakes. Compensation can be an issue depending on the office you work for and for different levels, especially comparing it to other similar consulting firms (global and even regional).
