Pros

- employees passionate about the work they do but at the same time realize it's not their whole life - managers are awesome. Kind, truly listen/care, and are helpful. They don't micromanage - Despite Slack being acquired by Salesforce, I still feel like I have the opportunity to change and make things better - Great work/life balance.

Cons

- Internal processes and HR Systems are a little clunky due to the salesforce acquisition. However it's understood by leadership and, and apparently planning to be improved in the next year.

Pros

Great people to work with. Competitive salaries. Interesting challenges. Remote work for some roles.

Cons

The Salesforce aquisition has created significant noise and uncertainty. Work to live balance. On call rotation.
