Pros

Slack is an incredible solution for enterprise organizations. Leadership is outstanding, empathetic, and fair.

Cons

The Slack culture has shifted it has merged into the Salesforce org. Additionally, the post-pandemic market has changed and made entry and adoption into accounts much more of a challenge. Time will tell if Slack was a good purchase for Salesforce.
