Pros

**Best benefits of my entire career (10+ former employers) **Employee Stock Purchase Plan **$100 monthly wellness stipend **6 month baby benefit (full pay for either parent) **Executive access at customer accounts **Billions spent annually on marketing, customer events, etc.

Cons

**Owned by Salesforce **Salesforce has 70 Skus - very noisy, customers worn out from constant selling **4 days a week in office (non-negotiable unless outside of major metro area) **Salesforce customers reluctant to migrate to Slack, SFDC sellers also reluctant to pitch it, include it in their deals (this could change in time) **Slack leadership has left the building (+ Bret Taylor who drove Slack acquisition)
