Ability to choose a project, a flexible schedule, no one push your too much, good compensation (insurance, vacation, etc), your pushed to get vacation, to prevent burning

Cons

Salary can be average and lots of legacy projects

I've been working at the company for about three years, and during this time, I've been involved in various projects and heard different stories from colleagues. Overall, I’m satisfied with my experience here, and my personal journey has been positive. A lot depends on the team, the client, and the manager—and I’ve been fortunate to have great experiences with all three.

Cons

If your current project is over its not so easy to find new one. But would not say that its a company, but difficult time.
