      Reliable and stable outsource/outstaff with typical cons and pros

      Pros

      You can switch easily your project or role just inside a company (e.g. from QA to BA, from QA to DEV). Performance reviews that help you develop yourself. Internal paid/unpaid courses and certifications from AWS, Azure, etc. The bench really works - when a project finishes you are still paid until a new one is found. Nice and clean office culture. Different activities are organized by the HR team. No complications with sick leaves and vacations.

      Cons

      You are not working directly for the client but just subcontractor. You can get legacy/support projects. Still, they are among the most trending company names. New feature development projects are also available. Very slow salary rise if you work in the Co from Junior up to Senior. Can be raised significantly though by showing an offer from another company. Assuming it's the issue for all companies apart from FAANG.

      - good salary - many office locations (Ukraine, Poland, Bulgaria, Romania) - communities (Java, Devops etc)

      Cons

      - many things depends on your unit and project - bad relocation support
