      Friendly environment but promotion process is challenging

      Pros

      Great working environment, friendly people and useful benefits.

      Cons

      Working towards promotions it’s very difficult since it requires proficiency in topics or tools that you must provide proof for, and the only acceptable experiencia is what you do inside the company, outside experience is not taken into account.

      Projects are mostly 3-6months length, engaging workspace Ability to grow quick up the ladder if you have a good manager Work-life balance is ok

      Cons

      Some customers are not pleasant Internal fights for budgets and clients
